Fabulous place, but make sure you check if there are any events scheduled !

Outdoor pool and jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast amazing! The atrium was impressive. Nice bar. Lovely French restaurant.

There was a massive business conference....at least 500 people, huge screens, stage, cameras that was suddenly being set up on our last but one day. There was a lot of noise, the restaurants were closed that evening and most of the ground floor atrium was taken up. You literally had to walk around things to get in and out of the breakfast area.. We couldn't believe hotel guests were not warned about this huge event and inconvenience!!

A luxurious place to stay in to explore east Jeju if you have a car.

Standard rooms were spacious and clean. Resort’s Korean BBQ restaurant Hanoru is highly recommended. Well upkept and tranquil.

Staff may seem a little distant at times but are helpful when approached.

Good view

Great view, food is good.

The central heating is too warm 28 Celsius degree even in-room heating control is off. Cost of dining is quite pricey.

bad sleep from having 4 people sleeping on the floor

large space

the property listing was misrepresented as 4 futon beds in the second room. These were actually very thin mattresses placed on the floor which was too hard for anyone to sleep. These mattresses were very thin and worn out. In English, futon beds are sofa beds and not floor boards.

Location is 1 hour away from the airport but is local to many restaurant.

The front desk staff was really helpful, she gave me information to the local pharmacy.

The hotel looked remodeled and modern, but when you look in the bathroom/kitchen cabinet, the cabinets were metal and painted over with rust. Hotel restaurant had bad service.

Overpriced for the stay - but great facilities and wonderful view.

The view is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was very delicious, although a little expensive at 46,000 KRW. The bed was extremely comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodated things like early check in and room changes. The facilities are clean. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The bath tub in the room was very spacious.

The hotel was overpriced for what was offered. Similar hotels were much less expensive. There were also additional fees for things like swim caps (which were required), reservations at the bar (you were required to buy a set menu if you wanted an outdoor seat). Drinks and food were overpriced - 10,000 coffee. This hotel felt like a place you go just for status, but not necessarily quality.

No air conditioning in the fitness center, should be more sanitizing products for the equipment, fitness center did not justify an extra charge to use it.

Resort facility is fine but over priced

Resort facility is fine . Nothing special as a 5 star resort but everything is over priced in the resort . One Americano coffee cost 8000KRW. Be aware the charge of poolside sun chairs. 22000KRW/ 2 hrs .

High quality standards can be expected, with a corresponding cost.

Quality of food in all restaurants is great and amenities are good.

Location isn’t perfect. Beach is still a walk and that beach isn’t the best.

Wonderful

The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The bed was extra comfortable.

Fine dining was slightly underwhelming. The ceiling of the room's terrace had patches of crusted paint. The title of the room should say "side ocean view" to be more precise. We wish we knew you need a reservation for thr futons outside the bar and mayne a few more futons outside as there weren't enough for everybody. Please sell the bathrobes as they are next to perfect!

What was the highlight of Haevichi Hotel & Resort Jeju

It was a great stay but lacked the welcoming environment we’ve experienced at other resorts.

The room was immaculate. The lobby was nice and parking was easy. There is a cute town to get some good food right outside the hotel within walking distance. The location is great for day trips around jeju. Also the dinner buffet was pricey($100 a person) but excellent with quality delicious food. There is also a CU in the basement which was very convenient for buying water and other drinks.

We booked a resort room with a bed and two futons. We have slept on futons before at hotels but these were not true futons. They were very thin and uncomfortable, basically sleeping on the hardwood floor. The staff yelled at my daughter(who doesn’t speak Korean) for not signing in for the pool(but she did with me but then went to change in the locker room). They weren’t going to let her back in and when they finally let her back in, she was in tears. The resort and hotel are actually two different areas connected by a hall. I wasn’t aware of that and would have rather stayed at the hotel and not the resort as it seems much nicer. We had someone across the hall on the third floor having a party two night in a row. Also, you have to pay to use the lounge chairs at the pool, I didn’t mind but there were a couple times I just wanted to be in the pool but then I didn’t have anywhere to put my towel and bag.
